All purchases are shipped via UPS and available for delivery in the United States (including US territories). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for items to be processed for shipment. Customized items may take up to six weeks for delivery.
All merchandise purchased for delivery outside the United States and or US territories the purchaser of merchandise will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. The purchaser is also responsible for any additional taxes and duties incurred. Elisabeth Weinstock will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs. If the merchandise is refused by the purchaser or the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Elisabeth Weinstock. The amount incurred will be subtracted from the merchandise return.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
For large items such as the Luxembourg Jewelry Case and Oxford Side Table will be hand-delivered using Plycon Transportation Groups White Glove Service. Upon receipt of your order, we will email a shipping estimate within 48 hours or sooner. The Kingston and Waverly jewelry cases will incur additional shipping cost due to their size and weight.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for store credit. The item must be returned in unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
All sales final on all SALE merchandise and full priced items after 10 days from purchase date.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless Elisabeth Weinstock has sent the incorrect material or an incorrect or damaged item. Please email

within 48 hours of the date the order was placed, if the order has not yet shipped we will gladly cancel your order for a full refund.
